The Fred Couples Signature Golf Course offers challenging play for novices and professionals alike and is a destination in itself for anyone who loves a good game of golf among gorgeous surroundings. The Property Owner’s clubhouse with restaurant, swim and tennis center, sports courts, fitness center, and athletic fields round out the on-site amenities.

The luxurious amenities of the Estates at Chapel Ridge can all be enjoyed for just $875 per year. Membership to the golf club can be purchased separately. We are also proud to have the clubhouse food and beverages managed by Backyard Bistro of Raleigh. Now managed by Arnold Palmer Golf Management.

The Golf Club at Chapel Ridge offers premier facilities including an 18-hole championship golf course designed by JMP Golf Design and Fred Couples, practice range, short game area, along with a clubhouse/grille and fully stocked golf shop.

The Golf Club at Chapel Ridge combines the course design talents of Bob Moore, ASGCA and the player design skills of Fred Couples to provide you with as fine a golfing experience as you will ever have. Fred Couples, Masters Champion and winner of fifteen PGA Tour events, including two Players Championships, and member of five Ryder Cup teams, teamed up with Bob Moore to produce this magnificent layout. Taking advantage of the rolling hills land located just south of Chapel Hill, N.C., Bob Moore was able to skillfully mold a championship course reminiscent of the old traditional courses found in the United States.
