The initial K5 school is planned for a July, 2017 opening. Thales Academy’s unique, four-year engineering program, the L.I.T., played an important role in PDC’s interest in having a K-12 campus at Chatham Park, which is expected to attract high-tech businesses that require the strong STEM skills for which Thales Academy has established a national reputation as a leader.
